Shipping, order preparation, and transit times

Orders placed through Forever 88 SL are prepared within an estimated period of 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the workload at any given time.

During periods of high demand—especially during the holiday season—these times may be slightly longer due to the increase in orders.

The estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 24–48 hours
  • Balearic Islands: 48–72 hours
  • France: 48–96 hours
  • Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days

All delivery times are calculated exclusively in business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude national, regional, and local holidays.

Forever 88 SL works with external carriers, so transit times may vary for reasons beyond the company's control (weather, logistical incidents, agency saturation, etc.).

Cancellations

You can cancel any order as long as it is not marked as "in preparation" or "shipped." Otherwise, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel it.

If the order arrives and you decide to refuse it, you will be responsible for the shipping costs (both ways).

For cancellations of orders that have already been paid for, the customer must pay the order management fees. This means that you must pay the fee applied by the payment provider selected for that order.
