This policy governs the returns and warranty conditions applicable to all B2B customers of M2TEC Mayorista. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms described in this document.

1. Scope of application
This policy applies exclusively to businesses, self-employed professionals, and companies operating as resellers, physical stores, e-commerce stores, or dropshippers. It does not apply to end consumers.
2. General returns conditions
M2TEC Mayorista does not accept returns due to change of mind, overstock, or product rotation. Returns are only processed in the following cases:
– Product with confirmed manufacturing defect.
– Incorrect product sent due to our error.
– Missing units compared to the delivery note.
– Product damaged during transport.
Products sold as clearance or at special promotional prices are excluded from returns and warranty, unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Notifications submitted after the deadline cannot be processed. For transit damage, it is essential to keep the original packaging and document the damage with photographs.
4. Returns process (RMA)
To initiate any return, please follow these steps:
– Step 1 — Contact our after-sales team at pedidos@m2tecmayorista.com providing your order number, product reference, and a detailed description of the issue.
– Step 2 — Attach photographs of the affected product and, if applicable, the damaged outer packaging.
– Step 3 — Our team will send you an RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
– Step 4 — Pack the item with all original accessories and packaging in the best condition possible.
– Step 5 — Once received and verified, we will process the agreed resolution within a maximum of 5 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error is attributable to M2TEC Mayorista, in which case we arrange the collection at no cost.
5. Possible resolutions
Once the incident is verified, we will apply one of the following resolutions, subject to availability and agreement with the customer:
– Replacement with equivalent units.
– Credit applied to the customer's account for future orders.
– Refund of the amount paid (in exceptional cases, previously agreed).
M2TEC Mayorista reserves the right to assess each case individually. If the technical review does not confirm the reported defect, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
6. Warranty policy

6.2 Warranty conditions
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The following are excluded from coverage:
– Damage caused by misuse, impact, moisture, or improper handling.
– Products tampered with, repaired, or modified by third parties.
– Screens and displays once installed — always test before mounting.
– Natural wear from normal use of the product.
– Damage from electrical surges or unsuitable environmental conditions.
6.3 Defect assessment
During the first 6 months from delivery, any failure is presumed to be a manufacturing defect and M2TEC Mayorista bears the burden of proof. From the seventh month onwards, the customer must provide technical documentation proving the defect is of manufacturing origin.
7. Liability
M2TEC Mayorista's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We accept no liability for data loss, loss of profit, indirect damages, or commercial losses arising from the use or failure of the product.
